For those of you who do not already have psychotherapists, I can be both. For those of you who already do have a therapist, I am happy to be the medication consultant.
I have had a private practice in the Bay Area for 42 years.
While trained rigorously in in depth interpersonal psychotherapy, I bring other approaches to my work including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, dream analysis, neuroplasticity, life coaching, couples therapy, and more.
When I feel it is appropriate, and when asked to do so, (and only with your permission), I will consult with your other medical doctors and/or your therapist so that your treatment can be more integrative and holistic.
